Mobile nutrients were quantified and expressed as percentage of the total quantity in rice, wheat and bajra using the isotopic dilution technique. The mobile quantity as a percentage of the total was greater in P and K than in S, Zn, Fe and Mn. There were wide variations amongst crops and varieties.
