Ragi(Eleusine Coracana) is a grain of considerable importance in south India especially in Mysure state, is unique among the cereals in containing a high percentage of calcium(0.35 per cent ) It has however been shown that the availability of the calcium as alos the protein is very presumably due to the high amount of rough age in Grain....................
