Abstract
Malze has been considered a key ingredient in poultry rations because among the cereal grains it has the lowest crude fibre and the highest amount of available energy. Sorghum grains have also become important as a feed ingredient in poultry rations in recent veara due to its relarlvely less cost than maize. Several investigators have compared the feeding value of maize and sorghum grains.
